08Event & Workshop Registrations

• When you register for an event or workshop on this site, we collect your name, company, job title, city, mobile number, email and sector, together with the campaign tags in the link that brought you (such as its source and campaign name) and the site you came from.
• We use them to confirm your registration, send you the event's details, and contact you about related professional events. You can ask us to stop at any time through the contact page.
• The confirmation email is sent through our email service provider.
• Your registration details are shared with the event’s organiser, named on the event page, who uses them for the same purposes.
• Registration data is kept only as long as these purposes need it, then deleted.

09Delivery Messages on WhatsApp

• When a business that uses RobustRoute sends delivery messages to its customers through it, RobustRoute processes those customers' data on the business's behalf and on its instructions.
• This covers the recipient's mobile number and name as the business provides them, the delivery address and location, and the recipient's replies: the buttons they tap, a location they share, and any text they send.
• We use it to agree a delivery time window, correct the delivery location, and ask whether the order arrived. We do not use it for marketing.
• The messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta) through our messaging provider, and the data is stored with our hosting provider. Each of them may process it outside Saudi Arabia. WhatsApp (Meta) and our messaging provider keep their own copies of the messages under their own retention terms.
• The business chooses how long RobustRoute keeps this data, between 7 and 365 days (90 by default). After that, RobustRoute removes from its records phone numbers, names, addresses, the business’s order numbers, message text and exact locations; copies in our database backups go as those backups expire. What remains, for statistics, is a record of each delivery without direct identifiers: its dates, status and outcome, which messages were sent and what kind of reply came back, a one-way code (a hash) in place of the phone number and the business’s order number, and locations rounded to about 100 metres.
• A recipient can reply STOP to stop receiving these messages from that business. The opt-out is recorded against the WhatsApp account that sent it; if that account cannot yet be matched to one of the business’s contacts, messages to the contacts it could belong to are paused until the business reviews it.

10Drivers and Proof of Delivery

• When a business sends its drivers their daily plans through RobustRoute, RobustRoute processes the drivers' data on the business's behalf and on its instructions.
• This covers the driver's name and the mobile number the business provides, the plans sent to them, what they report on each stop (arrived, done, couldn't complete and why, notes) with the time of each report and — only when the driver's browser allows it, or when they share their location in WhatsApp at a stop — their position at that moment, photos they take as proof of delivery and, when the business asks for one, the recipient's signature drawn on the driver's screen. We do not track drivers continuously.
• We use it to show the driver their plan, let the business follow the day and keep a record of each delivery or visit. Photos and signatures are shown only to the business's team, through links that expire within minutes. We do not use it for marketing.
• The data is stored with our hosting provider, and photos and signatures with our storage provider (Cloudflare); each may process it outside Saudi Arabia. Plans sent on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp (Meta) as described above.
• When the business lets drivers work their plan in the WhatsApp chat, each stop's name, address and map link is sent to the driver on WhatsApp, and a photo the driver sends there passes through WhatsApp (Meta) and our messaging provider (Kapso) before it is stored with the others. Messages already delivered stay on the driver's phone and with WhatsApp under their own terms; our retention period cannot remove them.
• For Last Mile, driver plans, reports, positions, photos and signatures follow the business's retention period for delivery data (between 7 and 365 days, 90 by default); after it, names, addresses, notes and exact positions are removed, and photos and signatures are deleted. For Command Center, they are kept until the business deletes them or its account. A driver's mobile number is deleted when the business removes the driver.

11Policy Updates

• The Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
• Continued use of the application implies acceptance of changes.
